SoftQuad tests HoTMetaL PRO in automated test suites and puts it through rigorous user testing and evaluation. However, there will always be some imperfections that escape our search. Often, issues only occur under very specific circumstances and it is this information that we need to help us fix these problems. For example: we need to know the steps that you carried out just before the problem was experienced and what happened at the time of the problem, including any error messages that were displayed.
